How to Book:

Click on the location you would like to view (Delaware, New Jersey, or High Octane Agility)

Click on “View Availability by Month”

Click on a day that shows availability

Make sure on the left panel you are clicked on the type of appointment you would like to book (rehab recheck vs agility)

Click on the day/time you want and follow the prompts

If the day/time you want is not available, use the waitlist feature at the bottom of the page.
Dr. Tim Corker Schedule: - Newark, DE: Tuesdays 12pm- 7pm, Thursdays 8am-5pm - Penns Grove, NJ: Mondays 12-8pm, Wednesdays 12pm-7pm
Dr. Lauren Blackson Schedule: - Newark, DE: Mondays 2pm-8pm, Wednesdays 9am-5pm - Penns Grove, NJ: Tuesdays 8am-2pm OR 12pm-8pm, Thursdays 11am-5pm, last Friday of the month 8am-2pm
HOA Schedule: First Friday and 2nd or 3rd Saturday every month
